Help on building a pdf file from book sources

I do this too, so I know it works.

The 'too many arguments' errors are caused by your $HOME directory
containing spaces in it's path. This is not a good idea. But is unlikely
to cause the final error.

This is bizarre.

The XSLT stylesheets shouldn't even have draft mode enabled, so access
to that image should never be attempted.
