Chinh Do,

The index.vi.html file lives in the same repository as the book content.
It's not generated from XML -- we version it as-is.  If you checkout
https://svn.code.sf.net/p/svnbook/source/www, you'll find the file therein
(along with index.en.html, index.de.html, index.es.html, etc.).

The intent is to provide a translation of index.en.html in Vietnamese, but
also to allow folks who are reading the Vietnamese version of that page to
see that there's a Vietnamese translation of the book in-progress.  That's
why each of the non-English index.*.html files has a section set-aside for
information specific to that language's translation.

Please feel free to add the text you provided, translate the rest of the
file's content, and commit the results yourself.
