When I go to the contents page of the book, my anti-virus (AVG) detects a  
virus threat called SWF/Downloader and the filename is  
ds.serving-sys.com/BurstingRes///Site-33773/Type-2/0316ddfc-f8be-4ab8-9ebb-92757bb852ff.swf

Please remove the link to this page and disinfect it.
