1.6 edition of book

I'd like to cut a 1.6 version of the book, but nobody (myself included) is
working toward that end, with the teeny tiny exception that we (I) try to
keep our issues database tracking stuff specific to that release as appropriate.

Yeah, it being a nightly version, bookmarks to pages in it are subject to
future brokenness.  That's the source of the admonishment.
