[PATCH] Three meanings of "lock" are 1, 2 and 3.

Tweak some wording.

* book/ch03-advanced-topics.xml
  (svn.advanced.locking.meanings): Refer to the second and third meaning
    as "second" and "third" rather than "first" and "second", to avoid
    confusion when the next paragraph refers to the "first". :-)
