[REVIEW] Chapter 9 : svn resolve

Hi,

I've got a issue about the svn resolve command:

The help message output of svn resolve (SVN 1.5 no RC) will print out
"--recursive" option which should be removed from the help messages.


The svn resolve*d* --help does mention the "--recursive" option as well...
