 I think most users won't want to hear too much detail about ra_neon vs.
 ra_serf;  it's really only something an advanced user would care to think
 about.  So rather than create a whole special section about it, I'd just
 mention the existence of (and differences between) the libraries right in
 the part of ch07 where we describe run-time config options.
 (svn.advanced.confarea.opts.config).   We just need a simple explanation
 of why one *might* prefer one implementation or the other -- no long-
 winded histories, please.
