 SVNListParentPath is already explained in ch06.

 ZVNMasterURI directive is going to be part of the whole single-master-
 replication feature I'm documenting tomorrow (the thing jerenkrantz
 wrote)... so that will show up in some ch06 examples for sure.

 I think the SVNActivitiesDB directive is too obscure to mention in ch06;
 it's not something a typical sysadmin is going to care about when setting
 up an Apache svn server for the first time.  What's important is that ch06
 refers to the "complete list" loudly, so that admins can look over the
 table in ch09 should they get curious about more obscure customizations.
 And it does, as of r2928.
