unable to submit svnbook issue

Dear SVN book authors,

I tried to submit an issue via the svnbook Trac but couldn't figure
out how. There is no "New Issue" button, nor any notice that one needs
to be logged in to submit one.

When I tried to Login, I got a username/password prompt but no way of
creating a new one.

I will send another email with my issue report...
