[REQUEST] Properly transcription of proper names

Dear friends,

Please help us to properly transcribe proper names from the book in Cyrillic
letters. Give some time and have a look into trunk/src/ru/ProperNames file
and provide us with your knowledge how all those names, which we are not
sure of, sound. Feel free to change that file.
