Consistency is good, but /usr/local seems like a pretty bizarre place to 
recommend.

I think we should use "/srv/svn/repositories". (/srv is part of FHS 2.3)

(Actually, on a real system, I would use /srv/svn/repos, because I'm a lazy 
typist, but "/srv/svn/repositories" is more self-documenting.)
